• Contact details — name, phone number, delivery address.
• Order details — items ordered, sizes, notes.
• Payment reference — M-Pesa transaction code (we do not receive or store your M-Pesa PIN or card details).
• Communications — messages you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Site usage — basic technical logs (browser, device, IP address) used to keep the site secure and working.

3. How we use your information

• To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To process refunds, exchanges and warranty claims.
• To keep records required by Kenyan tax and consumer-protection law.
• To improve our products, service and website.

4. Sharing your information

We share personal information only where necessary and with parties who are bound to keep it safe:

• Delivery riders and courier companies fulfilling your order.
• Safaricom M-Pesa for payment confirmation.
• WhatsApp (Meta) for order communication you initiate.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We keep order and payment records for at least 7 years to meet Kenyan tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure hosting. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to access, correct, update or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain uses.
