Last updated: 20 July 2026. These terms apply to every order placed with Wild Texas Cowboys & Cowgirls Apparels ("we", "us", "our").
1. About us
Wild Texas Cowboys & Cowgirls Apparels is a Kenyan retailer of western apparel and event décor based on Kiambu Road, Thindigwa, Nairobi. You can reach us on 0711 266 409 / 0737 180 232 or at cowboyscowgirls19@gmail.com.
2. Placing an order
Orders are placed by adding items to your cart and confirming your details on WhatsApp. An order is only accepted once we confirm availability, size and final price with you in writing. Prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
3. Payment
Payment is made via M-Pesa Paybill 400200, account 858390, for the amount confirmed on WhatsApp. We do not store card details on this website. Orders are only processed once payment has been received and reconciled.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available across Kenya through third-party couriers and rider services. Delivery fees are quoted separately and are payable by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timelines are estimates; delays caused by couriers, weather or force majeure are outside our control.
5. Product information
We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly from images due to handcrafted materials and screen differences. Sizes are guides — please confirm measurements with us before paying.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including photography, product descriptions and the Wild Texas brand — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold or reused without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
